TOKI Foundation, a foundation established and existing under the laws of Cayman ("TOKI”, "we", "us" and "our") is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is applicable when you use the protocol provided by TOKI (the “Protocol”).
This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy forms part of the General Terms of Use governing your relationship with us and should be read in conjunction with such General Terms of Use.
By using the Protocol, you signify acceptance to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with or you are not comfortable with any aspect of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue use of the Protocol.
This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy for your information or behavioral data in connection with users' use of the Protocol.
TOKI does not collect any of your information. You are not required to and you should not provide any of your information when you use the Protocol.
TOKI may collect anonymous usage information which does not constitute personal information to improve the UX. To protect your privacy we do not collect your information and collect as little anonymous usage information as possible.
We do not share or sell anonymous information and behavioral data that we collect with other organizations without your express consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The safety and security of your information depend solely on you. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of your information at any time. Your wallet is protected by your password, private key, and/or seed phrase, and we urge you to take steps to keep this and other information safe by not disclosing your security credentials or leaving your wallet open in an unsecured manner. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using the Protocol, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
If you are a resident outside Japan, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") and/or other applicable law with respect to your information.
We use social and developer networks such as Discord, Twitter, Gitbook and Github (however, this is not limited to these). When you use these platforms, the operators of the respective social and developer networks may record that you are on such networks. This processing of your information lays in the responsibility of these networks and occurs according to their privacy policy. Please check with these individual social and developer networks regarding their privacy policies. TOKI is not responsible for data collected by these networks. We mainly use these platforms to inform our community of updates and answer user questions.
